Purpose
DIVA Estate OS is workspace software for map data, presentation outputs and direct sales. It is not a brokerage, valuation, surveying or legal service.
Data and 3D
Maps, footprints, parcels and photos come from third parties. Outputs are indicative, not survey-grade or legal records. Uncertain data is labelled and must not be presented as confirmed.
Acceptable use
Use must be lawful. Copying source code, bypassing access controls, automated extraction and contacting people without permission are prohibited.
Orders
An order is accepted only after confirmation. Payment is active only when the app shows a secure checkout link. Price and scope are confirmed before payment.
